Lekhaa keeps a single ledger, which is often the easiest way to track daily accounting. If you manage both personal and small business entries, you can still keep them clear with a few simple habits.
Use clear notes
Add a short note to each entry that tells you whether it is personal or work-related. A simple prefix like “home” or “work” keeps the ledger readable later.
Record transfers explicitly
If you move money between personal and work use, record it as a transfer. This keeps your daily accounting clean and avoids confusion when reviewing totals.
Review summaries regularly
Daily and monthly summaries help you spot patterns. If you see entries that need more clarity, update the notes while they are still fresh.
