Export your ledger as CSV

CSV export lets you keep a copy of your daily accounting records or share them when needed. This guide explains when and how to export your ledger.

When to export

Exporting is useful when you want a backup, when you need to share totals with a partner, or when you want to analyze your records in a spreadsheet. It is also helpful at the end of a month for a clear summary.

How to export

Open the export option in Lekhaa and choose the date range you want. The app will generate a CSV file that you can share or save. Your entries stay on your device unless you choose to send the file.

What is included

The export includes your income, expenses, and transfers with notes and dates. This keeps your daily accounting complete and easy to review outside the app.
